Churnless is in early access. This page describes how we handle data when you use the free CSV audit, demo reports, and waitlist.
CSV upload audit
When you upload a Stripe Payments export, parsing runs entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or transmit your CSV or payment data to our servers.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist, we store your email to notify you when live Stripe audits are available. We do not sell your email. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
Demo audits
Demo reports use synthetic billing data bundled with the site. No personal data is collected when you browse demos.
Analytics
We use PostHog to count page views and product events (e.g. demo views, upload completions) so we can improve the site. No ad trackers. CSV payment data is never sent to analytics.
